Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Ready Front Solutions platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a brokerage or team, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Description of Service

Ready Front Solutions provides a subscription-based platform for real estate professionals. The platform includes branded websites with MLS integration, a CRM, lead management tools, email marketing, AI-powered assistant features, and related services. Features vary by subscription tier.

Accounts and Access

• You must provide accurate information during signup and onboarding.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• One subscription covers one agent, team, or brokerage as defined by your plan tier.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe based on your selected plan.
• Founder pricing, where applicable, is locked at the rate offered at the time of signup for as long as the subscription remains active.
• Setup fees, if applicable, are one-time charges at the start of service.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
• If payment fails, we may suspend access to your account after a reasonable grace period.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you provide to the platform, including logos, photos, descriptions, and other materials uploaded during onboarding or use of the service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to display and distribute that content as part of operating your branded website and related platform features.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload. Do not upload content that infringes on the rights of others.

MLS Data

The platform displays real estate listing data sourced from MLS providers. This data is subject to the terms and conditions of your MLS membership and the applicable MLS rules. We facilitate access to this data but do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness. You are responsible for complying with your MLS rules regarding data display and usage.

AI Features

The platform includes AI-powered features such as automated lead follow-up and content suggestions. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may require your review before use. You are responsible for the accuracy and compliance of any communications sent from your account, whether AI-assisted or not.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) through the platform
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform
• Misrepresent your identity, licensing status, or brokerage affiliation
• Use the platform in a way that violates real estate regulations in your jurisdiction

Intellectual Property

The Ready Front Solutions platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Ready Front Consulting LLC. Your subscription grants you a license to use the platform for the duration of your active subscription. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Service Availability

We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.

Limitation of Liability

Ready Front Solutions is provided as-is without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost leads, missed commissions, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. You may cancel through your account settings or by contacting support. We may terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or engage in conduct that harms other users or the platform. Upon termination, your access to the platform and your branded site will be deactivated. Your data will be retained for up to 90 days per our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform will be resolved in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
